Day to Day Responsibilities:


Develop Technical Sales Plan
Collect technical, and Value Prop information by working with, cross function team and vendors and build China Sales presentation deck and continuously upgrade it in line with Corning technical development.
Build connection with internal supply chain and vendors to expedite the communication with customers.
Develop Sales tools, for instance, demon kit or other material can help the sales effectiveness.
Develop and maintain question list along with customer interaction, identify the answers to the question. Keep team updated in a timely manner.
Collect technical data such as Standard Spec, intelligent information, spec measurement method etc to improve customer engagement effectiveness
Provide the technical training to the team

Lead Technical service to meet sales targets
Being the technical lead to engage with customer and convince customer the technical value of Corning product/service.
Understand customer technical needs and convert it into Corning spec. Align customer needs and Corning capability, make sure that our supply match customer needs and it is clearly documented.
Resolve quality issues at customers in a timely manner, identify root cause and solution and deliver customer satisfaction to our service.
Support customers to process Corning product when it is needed.

 
Education & Experience
Batch degree (with 5-10 year experience) or Master degree (with 3-5 year experience) in Touch panel industry or Glass industry, or a related fields
BD experience a plus
Experience as an application engineer or technical sales a plus

Strong technical background in specialty glass, touch panel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Mandarin are “must”

Strong problem solving skills, and independent execution skills
Quick learner with clear and logic thinking, effective priority skills
Ability & willingness to travel
