职位描述：
1. Position Title – Implementation Manager (Business Intelligence and Reporting)
Corporate Unit : Ocean Customer Solutions, APAC
Location : Shanghai, China
Reporting to : Head of Integrated Cargo Management (ICM) APAC
Staff Responsibility : Individual Contributor

2. General Description
?Provide BI/business intelligence (dashboard, analytics, reporting) services.
?Driving compliance with the required reporting KPI for customer visibility.
?Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately.
?Establish spontaneous and proactive communication among counterpart in the region.
?Self-motivated and proactive to analyze what is best in class in Industry on reporting, big data, analytics etc and help drive this with Senior Management for sponsorship & Implement these tools within DB Schenker.

3.Specific Accountabilities
?On-time and accurate generation of dashboards/reports according to required KPI of account assignment.
?Compilation and review of monthly management reports from which KPIs and centralized reporting are to be fed.
?Execute various customer reports as required / demanded by clients
?Support Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
?Able to communicate and work harmoniously with the regional counterpart
?Perform other task(s) that maybe required by Manager from time to time to understand Business requirements in detail.

4.Skills Required
?Excellent analytical & statistical skill set.
?Advance MS Excel skills (Pivot, Macro etc) ,
?Previous experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy and Business objects, Microsoft Power BI (Preference to Qlikview or Tableau)
?Quick learner with regards to IT application usage
?Independent, energetic, self-starter, adaptable to change, optimistic, result-oriented and able to manage multi-tasking
?Very good communication skills, customer centric attitude and goal oriented.

5.Experience and Qualifications
?Bachelor’s Degree.
?Certification in Statistics/Reporting tools or proven experience is an advantage.
?At least 4-6 years working experience in reporting, BI, analytics space.
?Knowledgeable in MDM (master data management) and able to effectively coordinate the needs for Reporting.
?Basic Logistics or freight forwarding knowledge or Supply Chain Management is an advantage. 举报 分享
