职位描述：
Responsibilities:
To lead the new process development team in the field of the discrete semiconductor devices in power control semiconductor devices, switching Thyristors & protection devices, to support Semiconductor Business Unit business. Co-work with R&D, product engineering, design, FAB/BE engineering team and external customers to plan and develop execution plans to ensure the successful development of cost effective device structure and process flows that can be put into high volume manufacturing environment in a timely manner. Responsibilities include to lead process development team interfacing with design, project engineering and operations teams, resolving quality, engineering, design and test problems, evaluating and approving changes and specifications. This also includes providing advice on purchasing materials and equipment and additional staff if needed. To lead and champion process integration projects, from launch to release in the FAB and BE production lines, implement effective inline/EOL monitoring systems, using established and new project management and NP&PD processes.
1. Coordinate with Product Management and NPD to define the process technology roadmap. Define and validate all necessary process requirements and capabilities; accurately document datasheet parameters, design rules and guidelines.
2. Lead process development team to develop new process: from concept, planning and business case justification through finalizing new projects to the pipeline for full release; ensure the projects are prioritized and resourced appropriately to deliver in a timely and quality manner.
3. Lead the definition and execution of the development projects by effectively utilizing project management: ensure project team members from all required functional groups, including external resources, are meeting commitment on time, cost and quality according to the predefined milestones and scope, creating the highest value for customers and stakeholders. Identify risks and opportunities to protect or best benefit the company and stakeholders. Prepare progress reports to present to upper-level management through the duration of the project, reports any concerns and gets approval for necessary changes.
4. Facilitate hand over of new processes to Design and Operations teams; continuously monitoring and validating design rules and improve/revise wherever needed, documenting operations procedures, control methodology and criteria for new processes in line with the Littelfuse Operations systems.
5. Act as the point of contact for on system level applications, product applications, for power semiconductor, switching thyristor and circuit protection devices. Identify resource skill set & process or test capabilities to meet customers’ and business requirement.

Qualifications:
Master Degree in Material Science or Engineering to be able to fulfill this technical and project management centered management position.
10+ years of experience in Discrete Semiconductors or IC industries.
3+ years manager experiences
In depth understanding of Semiconductor device physics, electrical characteristics, testing, characterization, competitive analysis and reverse engineering.
Experienced in Project Management and effectively utilizing Lean tools drive for continuous improvement. 举报 分享
