Key Responsibilities:
? Projection & ordering on normal, short lead time and promotion items (overseas and local).
? Monitoring on slow moving, dead stock and excess inventory.
? Promotion allocation and scheduling and follow up the leftover.
? Sample handling, coordinating and billing (for consume test, QA and any potential new suppliers).
? Schedule products from all suppliers within the supply chain to meet ad-hoc/emergency needs and arrangement
? Manage product code dates and work with DC for ensuring FIFO practiced
? Align with customers, vendors and suppliers for an efficient product supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead time
? Communicate with customers and report timely on any delays/non conformities and conflicts in case of plan changes, unavailability of product or resources, with remedial solutions
? Maintain appropriate inventory level to meet customer’s sales and achieve key performance index (KPI) such as target inventory days
? Take part in regular physical inventory count together with the Customer Services, Center and Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock accuracy
? Arrange clearance of leftover premiums, food and paper products after sales promotions
? Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with HKSAR’s rules and regulations
? Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers
? Monitor performance of KPI as set up, e.g., forecast accuracy rate, line of supply cost monitoring, inventory days, total inventory quality, Overage, shortage and damage.
? Assistant in cost control in outside storage, work out the pricing for customer
? Lead a small team in GZ and monitor their performance.
? Acting as a key role in cost calculation for various projects and LOS, monthly reports which assigned by the Manager.
? Any additional task assigned by the Manager.
Key Qualifications:
? 3 - 5 years relevant purchasing / inventory control / shipping experience.
? Diploma / Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supply / Inventory Control / Shipping Studies or related disciplines.
? FMCG experience preferred but not necessary
? Exposure to the fast food chain industry or a supplies system with a large number of small volume store keeping units
? Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
? Numerate and possess an analytical approach and able to handle and interpret large quantities of data
? Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritization skills for maintaining the target inventory (stock days) and in managing assigned SKUs
? Good working knowledge of core processes in supply chain, inventory and logistics management in particular, with a focus upon reducing costs and improving service levels
? Team player, able to develop and build effective working relationships with colleagues and support functions.
? Strong written, verbal and communication skills as this position include internal and external communication
