职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:

The person filling this position is expected to perform work independently, and have capability of collaboration with peers in multidiscipline program and project teams.
The scientist is responsible for carrying out experiments with high complexity. The person filling the position is responsible for generating testable hypotheses based on the special customer requirement, developing test plan, performing study, analyzing results and submitting report in a scheduled time.
The scientist is responsible for providing product and technology training for both local customers and oversea customers.

 
Education & Experience

Master degree or above
Major in cell biology and related subjects
3 years’ work experience for master degree at least
Have global company lab work experience is preferred
Media formulation, hES cell culture, cell therapy and ADME related work experience is preferred
Cell based drug development work experience is preferred
FACs analysis experience is preferred
Project management experience is prefered

 
Required Skills

Rich cell culture experience is necessary
Be able to generate testable hypotheses based research questions and customer applications
Be able to develop research plan, experiment design, and detailed protocol or research models
Be able to convert preliminary models and set up new assay platform
Be able to perform scientific presentation in Chinese and English fluently
Good communication and coordination skills
Fluent in Chinese and English speaking and writing
Good personalities: patient and easy-going
Capability of working on multiple projects
Be good in MS Office

 
Desired Skills

English over Level 6
Cell culture
Media formulation, hES cell culture, cell therapy and ADME related work experience is preferred
Cell based drug development work experience is preferred
FACs analysis experience is preferred
