岗位职责
1. Sales, Purchasing Assistant
a) Support of sales staff's daily work, including customer sales orders, purchase orders for the headquarters of the operation and other documents, as well as coordination and communication with the parties, and timely feedback sales;
b) Support of procurement staff's daily work, including the supplier's purchase orders, sales orders for the headquarters of the operation and other documents, as well as coordination and communication with the parties, and timely feedback sales;
c) ERP and CRM daily maintain ensure data always updated;
d) Timely and accurate coordination and support suppliers, customers, headquarters, sales staff and technical personnel requirements and information to ensure the smooth progress of the work.
2. Market, Officer
a) Responsible for domestic exhibition preparation, including exhibitors, contractors, print providers, suppliers, etc. gift selection, coordination and support;
b) Responsible for the monthly attendance statistics.
c) Responsible for the monthly Inventory report.
d) Responsible for procurement of office supplies;
e) Responsible for delivery, supervision and coordination clean;
f) Responsible for answering switchboard calls;
g) Meeting Reports
3. Logistic
a) I/E
Take care the import and export issue. Mange the I/E agent, prepare the necessary documents for declaration;
b) Internal Express
Take care the mainland logistic and express;
4. Perform other essential and related duties as may be required.
