The Promo / On Field Developer will be responsible for monitoring, executing, and driving Development and Production initiatives with our UA factory partners to execute best-in-class manufacturing operations for UA Accessories Promo and On Field Products. This includes reaching and exceeding global standards in product development, material tracking, on time delivery, and production tracking. The Promo / On Field Developer plays a critical role in Accessories Operations by functioning as our eyes and ears at our UA factory partners. As such, The Promo / On Field Developer is responsible for reporting and driving 100% On Time Delivery, 100% Fill rate, and monitoring / proactively resolving any capacity or material issues that could impact product quality or delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

？ Directs and coordinates all On Field / Promo development and production activities with designated UA factory partners
？ Works closely with US Developers and PLM to create / track the BOM to facilitate the product development and delivery
？ Manages all purchase orders, material tracking reports, and drives detailed WIP tracking
？ Monitors and validates Promo / On Field production capacity
？ Monitors and reports out forecast accuracy at vendor level
？ Provides shipment approvals regarding leadtimes and shipment method
？ Reports and escalates all issues within UA Factory partners and works with Sourcing and Development Mgr and PLM to resolve issues in timely manner
？ Holds factory partners accountable for all committed dates and deadlines
？ Communicates and drives Under Armour production objectives
？ Aids with implementation of quality initiatives within a particular factory; TQM (Total Quality Management), Lean, 6-Sigma.
？ Is proactive in identifying ways to reduce production leadtimes, increase productivity and sustain results
？ Identifies and solves potential mass production issues early in the product process
？ Is an innovative source of ideas and competitive intelligence to the UA Accessories Product Team through working with related vendors and with UA factory partners
？ MUST POSSESS OR HAVE ABILITY TO OBTAIN VALID PASSPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

？ At least 3-5 years experience working in the hard or soft goods industry in a design or manufacturing capacity (strong understanding of both hard and soft goods manufacturing – pattern making, materials, material processing, injection molding, etc)
？ Bachelors Degree required
？ Strong experience in product development, supply chain management or global sourcing with a strong focus on project and vendor management
？ Experience with supply / demand planning, inventory management, or demonstrated track record in statistical base forecasting and scheduling a plus
？ Exceptional liaison with global experience
？ Acute attention to detail
？ Excellent oral and written communication skills with focus on email / conference communication with overseas / off-site sources
？ Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills demonstrating an ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of large to very large scope and complexity, often creating or revising company policies in the process
？ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as strong knowledge of SAP or other similar enterprise wide MRP system
？ Ability to work well with and lead factory employees
？ Strong sense of self-initiative and management
？ Must be capable of managing priorities effectively and be able to identify and recommend best course of action from several alternatives. Ability to perform structured decision-making on a daily basis without sacrificing strategic objectives

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

？ Excellent English skills. Should have at least 3-5 years experience in working with a multi-national company.
？ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in Chinese and English.
