岗位职责：

1. 负责新开店装修或现有门店整改工程的前期筹备工作及现场监理

2. 负责工程施工期间的全面质量、技术监督

3. 监控每个项目的成本及报价，以达致最大成本效益



任职要求：

1. 具备消防、空调、电器、给排水、防水、装饰工艺等工程的专业知识

2. 工装管理5年以上工作经验，有零售店铺装修经验优先

3. 有电工证、施工员证、监理证相关技术等级证优先

4. 积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力 举报 分享
