Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: PE (Process Engineering) Manager
Subordinates: None
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 主要工作区域：粉料工序；
2. 主导粉料工序相关的项目；
3. 引入和改进混合设备，喷雾干燥设备；
4. 能定义工作指引/操作流程；
5. 能培训相关人员（操作员，技术员，产线经理）及对产线的技术支持；
6. 熟练掌握工艺流程(过程和参数), 产品特性以及生产设备的性能，对生产过程参数监控及汇总分析；
7. 优化工艺参数以提高工序能力和效率,对工艺的改进及新产品的试运行进行全面的分析和评估报告准备。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，主修化工机械工程；；
2. 3年以上生产型工厂经验，有压敏电阻材料生产工厂工作经验者优先；
3. 通过CET4，英语读写良好，并可用英语进行日常交流；
4. 具备独立新项目建立或生产设备改进的经验；
5. 有工艺改善和过程控制经验；
6. 熟练使用CAD或者其他的制图软件；
7. 有较强的生产过程分析和解决问题的能力；
8. 对工艺的过程有较好的认知及熟练运用相关的分析工具(APQP, FMEA, PDCA, Control Plan, QC tooling, SPC, MSA, FMEA)；
9. 在生产和试验过程中有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
10. 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者；
11. 优先考虑能够活用QC手法者；
12. 优先考虑能作成和修订作业标准者。
