Minimum BS degree in Electronics/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing SMT/ 半导体 (SMT/Semiconductor) industry is a plus. Direct SMT PCBA/Semiconductor process experience is a plus.
