岗位要求:
一.组织建设:
1) 根据公司经营战略,制定部门发展战略,审核各部门年度工作计划;
2) 制定各部门有关业务工作开展的各项制度与流程;
3) 制订并监控实施各部门工作计划和费用预算,确保各部门目标的实现;
4) 开展各部门员工的培训、考核,不断提升员工的工作绩效与能力;
5) 组织实施各部门团队建设,提高员工凝聚力与执行力,营造良好的工作氛围。
二.市场发展规划
1) 根据自营渠道发展规划,制定区域市场开发的计划,完成自营市场的开发目标;
2) 及时掌握已合作、未合作且符合公司定位的商场客情、以及人员的调整信息,并做好记录; 3) 与楼层经理以上人员做好协调工作。
三.销售管理
1) 根据区域分公司下发的销售任务,制定所管辖城市年度销售目标;
2) 根据店铺销售情况,审核商场促销活动方案,并提交上级审批;
掌握竞争品牌的活动及销售动态,分析市场环境,及时制定应对销售方案。
四.营运督导
1) 监督控制所辖城市的销存比例;
2) 组织店铺实施公司统一的销售方案、货品调配方案、调价方案、促销方案等,并监督执行。
五.商务谈判
1) 与商场进行店址安排、调整,合同条件的谈判,签订合同,对合同条款的变更进行及时处理;
2) 定期拜访商场负责人,维护与商场间的商务关系;
3) 主导开展开店洽谈、装修跟进、撤店洽谈等相关工作;
4) 指导、督促各商场活动的折扣洽谈,保证公司利益最大化;
5) 督促协调各店铺每月货款的正常结帐,检查跟进货款按帐期到公司帐户。
六.费用控制
1) 编制并修订所辖地区年度/月度费用预算;
2) 合理控制各项费用在年度预算范围内按公司的规定和计划实施。
七.人才队伍建设
1) 制定培训计划,组织开展店铺内部培训,监督培训执行情况;
2) 组织开展区域各岗位的绩效考核工作;
3) 组织开展区域间经验交流学习等活动。
