Role & Responsibilities


· General Business Development
Assist NGB station manager to establish sales development plans for the area
Actively support NGB station manager for the set-up of sales resources for those surrounding areas of Ningbo.
· Sales Strategy Execution
Assist station manager to define the sales strategy for the local market
Drive the sales pipeline for the office and the development areas together with the station manager
Ensure Sales targets are met through a robust sales plan, SMART targets and sales resources.
Actively drive localized sales making it a competitive advantage towards our international competition
Provide regular updates to the station manager on market conditions and provide anticipated developments for same in order to promote proactive market approach.
· Develop direct customers business.
Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in the KPI
Identify the potential business and right customers.
Draft the sales call plan according to the specific instruction from the direct manager
Make sales call to direct customers according sales call plan.
Find and design solution for customers to catch new business.
Deliver market promotion plan for locally.
Deliver the sales call volume and quality based on requirement.
Maintain relationships with customers and secure their business stable with Agility.
Ensure that the One View-CRM sys are being updated at all times with good qualities.
· Promote and Market the Agility Brand.
Sells and market Agility and not for individual or named carriers.
Optimally prepare for sales calls, this include pre-empt account's needs not limited to pricing but include a sales presentations on Agility's capabilities, service scope.
Establish a country to county dialogue with our overseas counterpart to maximize opportunities available on a given account.
· Monitor and be aware of market trends.
Ensure that market trends are report to management swiftly order to allow managements to react quickly to the market place order maintain our position.
Ensure that sales reports must be presented to the direct manager.
Approach some competitors with limited cooperation to know about the local market trend.
Collect feedbacks from direct customers and combined them to be market report for reference.
· General
Always comply with the company's policies/guidelines at all times
Always strive towards productivity improvements, rationalization, innovation and team spirit. Likewise provide defect-free service meeting our customers, and internal requirements the first time, every time.

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements
· Holding experience with 5 years above in logistics industry;
· Having experience with at least 3 years of marketing & sales;
· Above college graduate is plus
· Skilled in computer operations is plus
