• Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance workmanship standard to all in-process inspection, pre-final, final inspection, component inspection, ensure product meet the CFM samples.
• Execute Quality Assurance strategies to ensure production to meet the standards and customer expectations.
• Daily process audit and prepare reports for problem solving by working with factories on daily basis.
• Random inspection for incoming goods checking (material, upper stitching and etc.).
• Ensure all lab testing result from factory are accurate and reliable.
• Perform the duty compliance to guiding principle, code of conduct and company policies.

• Minimum 8 years quality assurance/quality control experience in footwear industry
• Production experience in various type of construction (cement, vulcanized, hand stitch, injection stitch and turn and etc).
• Attention to details and with good analytical skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
