2.大专以上学历，有较强的解决问题能力。
3. 对产品开发、产品跟进、模具跟进以及产品结构的工艺制作流程非常了解；
4、良好的沟通能力，项目管理能力，服务意识，能够全局把握项目的需求分析，资源分配并推进项目进度和品质顺利达成；
5、责任心强，良好的职业道德，遵守公司保密制度,能够主动承受工作压力，有海外项目管理经验优先；
