二、岗位职责
1.根据事业部的经营目标及发展战略，协助HRBP对组织架构、编制及功能进行设计和调整，经上级审批后实施
2.协助HRBP制定和完善人力资源各模块的管理政策、制度及标准，并根据公司业务发展计划，主导公司年度人员编制计划并监督执行
3.审核事业部招聘计划，参与专业和主管岗位的招聘过程，并对招聘结果进行评估，开发人才通道
4.监督、审核工资及各项福利方案实施，组织和制定年度调薪方案和年终奖方案
5.指导各管理区的人力资源工作，提供相关的人力资源专业和政策服务，规范各管理区人力资源工作
6.定期回顾员工的需求、离职原因及工作满意度，改善实体和人文的工作环境，建立良好的雇主品牌
三、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业
2.英语能力良好，能流利沟通对话
3.2年以上人力资源主管工作经历，5年以上人力资源工作经历
4.熟悉薪酬管理、组织架构分析与设计、人才招聘与管理、绩效管理
5.沟通谈判能力强，教育指导能力强

In 1982, Stella was established in Taiwan and has expanded to China mainland since 1991. Stella was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2007.
