1. Good & enough experience on leather handbag industrial, must over 10 years.
2. Better understanding how to build up the consumptions on the materials
3. Good & proper communications with buyer side
4. Good knowledge on raw materials to source the materials directly in China and work with the nominated supplier by buyer
5. Management on sample schedule
6. Good command of spoken and written in English, CET-6 or above.
