职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Coordinate quality priorities & resources to support Iris CM strategy & objectives
Interface with Iris SCM, Engineering and PE/AE team to define the quality process, set MBO and drive the execution
Own and maintain Iris finishing / printing specifications at CM
Manage the site operation quality and drive CA/PA at outsourcing suppliers.
Develop and maintain effective QA systems to prevent and remediate customer problems.
Support AE to do spec. alignment with customers and maintain good FQC efficiency and RMA performance
Conduct CM audits to ensure quality system and product quality
Manage the FIT quality system (spec., process set up, change management)
Work with multiple sites local engineers to maintain aligned standard (if needed)
Customer audit and quality issues handling
Ensure protection of Corning’s intellectual assets and business information by using IAP protocols with on-site team members and CM staff.

 
Education & Experience :
BSc. or higher
Materials/Other Engineering major
5+ years in quality function at technical production environment

 
Required Skills:
Good command of English, written and verbal.
Good communication skills
Process improvement experience
Quality supervisor experience in manufacturing

 
Desired Skills:
Project Management knowledge
Green Belt certification
