Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead business impact assessment for any change request raise by business, and proactively facilitate requirement prioritization based on business value
2) Take ownership of the planning, design and development for new changes to systems and processes without compromising corporate standards and internal control requirements
3) Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to maintain high satisfactory level and trustful relationship
4) Strengthen IT governance on application change aligning with business priorities, and ensure delivery quality
5) Possess strong acumen for continuous improvement on process/system
6) Be the bridge between local and group organization, and facilitate collaboraation /escalation
7) Lead IT project and manage all aspects (scope, budget, schedule, vendor, etc.)
8) Be accountable for end-to-end IT project delivery for every new/changes to application system
9) Ensure of all supporting documentation adhere to group project methodology and internal control requirement
10) Provide daily coaching to business analyst members for team development, and motivate team members for delivery excellence
11) Provide in-depth expertise for store application system and IT solution for business requirement
12) Be technical leadership of digital initiative in the area of E-Commerce, digital member/marketing, big data analytics
13) Take life cycle ownership for local application management
Qualifications:
1) Strong leadership, self-motivated, and sense of responsibility
2) 5+ years working experience as business analyst in Retail/FMCG industry
3) Minimum 3 years experience of team management
4) Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
5) Solid knowledge of database, operating system, SQL language, popular scripts and program language
6) Technology-savvy with an understanding of digital and traditional techniques in Retail/FMCG industry
7) Proficient in requirement and solution architecture documentation
8) Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Share-point
9) Strong summarization, presentation, influencing skills and negotiation skills to ensure fit-for-purpose solution
10) Excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of managing senior stakeholders as part of project delivery
11) Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
12) Strong can-do attitude and capable of managing multiple tasks/priorities under pressure
13) PMP certificate is an advantage
14) Proven knowledge of E-Commerce/digital member/Workflow are advantages
15) Knowledge of SAP is a plus
16) Fast learner for emerging technology
