Job description:
1. Prepare the documents for Customs clearance, including B/L, AWB, ect, which are the important documents for payment to headquater. Give supporting of customs clearance for customers' and import & export agents.
2. Filling all documents related to customs clearance.
3. Coordinate the incoming and outgoing of goods with supporting from import agent
4. Collect Customs paper which is important documents for payment to headquater
5. Verify the import value balance with supporting of import & export agent, including customs clearance by customers, by import agent
6. Apply for payment of import taxes and import & export agent fee, including Shenzhen and headquarter.
7. Administration: ensure the office supplier; maintain the office clean and tidy; Supporting of invitation letter for VISA for non-Chinese colleagues;
8. initiate, ensure and improve the collaboration within the arburg china organizations in all the perspectives and organization levels
Required Qualification:
1. English fluent in writing, speaking and listening
2. 3 years work experience
3. College degree or above: English, International Commerce, Marketing, etc.
