The company:
Our client is an international leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of a large range of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals products. Currently, they require a Head of Supply Chain Management.
The role:
Establishing and delivering the business strategy, objectives and policies for supply chain, including R&D, manufacturing and quality assurance, report to President of China
Coaching and motivating group members, planning organization including team building, performance assessment etc to support the development of whole supply chain;
Work with marketing, sales and other functions to align supply chain with the whole business operation, leading the team to handle issues of product supplying, quality compliance and technical support;
Responsible for R&D in China to ensure the new product supply and regulatory compliance;
Ensure a well operating manufacturing management system to achieve company business objectives, meet good manufacturing practices(GMPs) and satisfy customer's needs;
Directs the quality assurance function to assure the quality and compliance of all products, ensure execution of the one global product quality, safety and efficacy standard;
Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment in R&D, manufacturing and quality assurance;
Working with Nutrition team and align strategic initiatives, responsible for the development and supply of nutrition products;
To be successful you will have:
At least 15 years senior management experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Preferred in cosmetics, health, beauty or pharmaceutical industry;
University degree;
Strong leadership skills;
Excellent communication & problem solving skills, highly developed analytical skills
