Responsibilities
o Testing Creation
o Work with our CM to create/maintain a common software framework on all test stations
o Write unit tests for FATP and SMT
o Work with Doppler Labs US team to create/maintain a mock factory line in the US
o Work with CM on automated data collection and presentation
o Testing Optimization
o Improve UPH with more efficient software
o Failure Analysis & Root Cause
o Testing Sustaining
o Update test station software to be compatible with new firmware releases
o NPI Build support for US based PD teams
o Test fixture (SMT and FATP) management
o KPI Development and tracking
o Sustaining MP for products
o World Class Process Development and Integration
o Awareness of Quality Control processes used in Consumer Electronics manufacturing

Qualifications and Experience

o 5-10 years of work experience
o Bilingual - English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
o Consumer Electronic background
o Mass volume global product release experience
o Previous collaboration with CM partners
o Driven, focused and detail oriented individual
o Passion to create world class products
o Culturally aware/ability to work with Asia and US teams
o Strong communicator with a proven track record of working collaboratively on complex projects
o Willingness to travel between Shanghai office and manufacturing sites as required


o Degree in Computer Science
o Experience with a common general programming language (e.g. c, c++, java, python)
o Python experience preferred but not required
o Experience with source code management systems (e.g. git, svn)
o
o Experience working with the Design team and CM to define test requirements
o Previous test automation experience to enable test early, test often and test fast
o Experience programming in frameworks/languages commonly used by CM’s:
        Labview
        VC++
o Proficient experience in developing test approach/strategy (i.e. DOE, HW schematics, DFM, Gaugue R&R)
o Previous collaboration with local test solution providers/test system vendors
o Audio/Acoustic Experience (i.e. SoundCheck) preferred but not required 举报 分享
