职位描述：
工作职责：
Working with cross-function, performs engineering asignments, responsible for Smart tool,fixture,equipment,process design and development, optimize and improve manufacturing performance and get benefit.
 1、Smart tool desgin,fixture development,process improvement,cost saving etc, for CMS-base station antenna.
 2、Identify improvement opportunities on products or process and take action.
 3、Smart tool/fxiture design or process optimize to improve manufacturing efficiency and capacity.
 4、Material replacement or parts consolidation to get cost down.
 5、Design review, DOE setup and implement,prototype building and validation etc.
 6、Draft technical specifications, desgin reports,test plan and documents related to work assignments.
 7、Perform 3d/2d design,PN/drawing release and MCO issue.
 8、Cross-fuction technical support.
任职要求：
1、At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical desgin or related.
2、5 years of working experience in product desgin or manufacturing engineering(preffered), 3 years in Anttenna,RF, Microwave products related.
3、Proficient in Creo software and ability to 3D/2D desgin.
4、Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
5、Ability to work independently but also a good team player.
