职位描述：
? Drive factory compliance improvements by following Legal obligations, Lidls policies and requirements in terms of Labor Rights, Labor Protections, Social Compliance, OHS and Environmental Sustainability requirements trough auditing, training and reporting.
? Communicate and work closely with Lidls headquarters in Germany and relevant colleagues in assigned countries.
? Liaise with Lidls Sourcing and Merchandizing teams, keep them up-to-date with Supply chain compliance status, flag critical issues immediately, and contribute to the Monthly Report.
? Review and Schedule third party audit for assigned supply chain factories with Lidl headquarter.
? Lead and manage any assigned teammates and agents.
? Schedule the factory visits and workshops for any assigned teammates and agents.
? Arrange shadow auditing to ensure consistent application of standards and procedures.
? Keep abreast of new laws and regulations and relevant initiatives and communicate these to the Compliance Manager/Director
? Build relationships and actively engage with Better Work/ILO, local NGOs, industry associations, consultants and brand collaboration initiatives and similar
? Identify training needs for self development and for building capacity with compliance agents and supply chain factories
? Actively support teammates preparation of training materials and presentations for supplier factories
? Train newly employed compliance staff on Lidls requirement, day-to-day job requirement, procedures and compliance and sustainability requirements.

Requirements
? Degree holder
? Min 5 years experience in the field of compliance on a management level
? Industry manufacturing / production knowledge
? Experience in managing labor issues, unions and Industrial Relations (IR)
? Engineering background with Chemicals / Fire / Electric
? Extensive experience in handling factory issues such as: factory strikes, conflict resolutions, OHS and HSE
? Experience in Environmental Sustainability project as Zero Discharge/ RSL/ HIGG is a plus
? Broad vision, Self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels
? Strong program management skills
? High degree of work ethics and integrity
? Possess strong leadership and influencing skills
? Good at problem solving, strategic thinking and planning
? Good command of English is a must and fluency in other languages are a plus
? Good PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
