Job descriptions:
1. Develop electrical MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) products including cable harness accessories & protection products such as cable glands, lugs, cord grips, IEC309 power connector etc..
2. Evaluate & develop manufacture partners as strategic suppliers. .
3. Manage & coordinate agencies approval & test on products.
4. Product management in term of pricing & profit margin management.
5. Interface with manufacture canters to ensure product delivery on time & customer satisfactory.
6. Effective communication to support global sales & distribution management teams.

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, strong technical background. Additional business degree with be a benefit.
2.Minimum 5 years work experience with 2 years product sourcing, and product management.
3.Product Knowledge of connectors and cable assemblies
4.Good personality, creative, hard working, flexible, a good team member
5.Fluent in English Speaking
6.Good AutoCAD or ProE computer skill.
