Digital Marketing Senior Specialist , China
LOCATION: Shanghai
Role Nature: Pan-China role and needs to work with different stakeholders across the country
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience: 1- 2 years’ experience in digital or social media marketing
Major: Marketing and Communications related major is a plus
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with line manager to develop digital marketing strategies that will meet business objectives
* Work with content marketing team and agency to manage Corporate Social Media Accounts
* Support Digital and Social Requests from all cities
* Drive email marketing’s performance by using Marketing Automation system (Eloqua)
* Update marketing contents to be deployed across via different digital and social media Channels, including Corporate Website, Property Website and other Digital Platforms.
* Analyze reports to create insights that will help drive digital marketing strategies
* Marketing Leads Management / Tracking / follow up
* Work with supervisor to support external and internal campaigns across all business lines and offices
* SEO / SEM related knowledge or skills is a plus
* Other responsibilities when needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, + ABILITIES:
* Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
* PC proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) essential
* Must be able to focus for long periods of time at a computer screen given the nature of the digital business
* Communicate effectively in both written + verbal English
* Flexible in work functions + duties
* Ability to manage multiple tasks + meet deadlines, work under pressure
* Proficient in managing data + ability to interpret + extract meaningful insight from data
* Exceptional time management skills
* Strong teamwork skills
