Principle Objective:
Through implementation of marketing and promotion excellence to drive long term growth for assigned product categories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with S+ France and S+ China to develop 3-year marketing plan and annual marketing calendar for the assigned categories
2. Conduct regular category analysis incl. sell thru data and market data to identify trend and opportunities outlook for the categories.
3. Lead launch strategy and execution of key products launches through creation and development of media/digital plan, animation/promotion plan, CRM plan and etc.
4. Monitor media/digital plan execution and manage development of new media opportunities to better reach our target consumers.
5. Oversee and review creative materials ATL and BTL incl. KV, animation, prints, editorials/advertorials, websites and etc. to achieve high degree of image consistency.
6. Manage sell thru forecast particularly for key SKUs and flag alert for any abnormalities to ensure forecast accuracy and to minimize depreciations.
7. Monitor new launches on logistics delay and/or QA issues to ensure solution being timely implemented.
8. Oversee new products registration and coordinate Regal team to ensure seamless products launches within marketing calendar; proactively identity potential issues and come up with contingency plan if needed.
9. Supervise training material adaptation and support China training team for excellent training delivery to reach marketing expectation.
10. Review SKU productivity quarterly and optimize assortment.
11. Manage marketing intelligence tracking incl. competitors’ new products launches, new advertisement, new packaging, new events and etc.
12. Implement consumer feedback and insights into brand marketing activities and brand equity by analyzing CRM data and market research.
13. Assist in preparation of all marketing presentations and materials.
Qualifications:
A highly confident self-starter with strong analytical mind and conceptual thinking, strong understanding of brand & positioning and how to identify the right customer engagement.
The person is expected to be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
The person needs to set high standards for herself and display integrity in her work. She is an achiever who will always challenge for the good of self-improvement.
Education:
? Bachelor Degree in marketing related area is a must, post graduate/MBA is a plus
Work Experience:
? Minimum 5 years within a Marketing Role in multinational companies in cosmetic or FMCG industry
