职位描述
Job Output:
¨ This position is responsible for overall performance of production planning process, warehouse operation process and purchase ordering process at plant level. Leads plant inventory planning and control, transportation carrier management, process improvement, logistics analysis, department budget management & control and personnel development & supervision.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
¨ Manage and Control department PE budget.
¨ Drive high performance culture through effective implementation of Performance Management and Employee Development system.
¨ Coaching and developing individuals for improved performance using the Performance Management Process.
¨ Ensure compliance with, and reinforcement of current logistics operation process, tools and programs.
¨ Lead Process Improvement activities to streamline business practices and work processes to deliver improved performance in safety, quality, and service results.
¨ Creation of a common dashboard metric methodology process for plant logistics KPI.
¨ Work directly with EH&S Managers to develop and implement safety processes and programs to achieve overall zero recordable/zero lost time objective in WHS. Instill a culture that encompasses safety as a first priority. Ensure all regulations, policies, work rules, best practices and reporting requires are followed.
¨ Define, prioritize, and implement logistics process improvement initiatives aimed at reduced cost and improved service.
¨ Strong collaboration with IT – helps establish and maintain procedures for BPCS logistics applications.
¨ Owns and implementation methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, and assesses all costs and responsibility.
¨ Ensure enough capacity to serve the designated region customers
¨ Deliver world class service level (world class MIP kept)
¨ Perform other tasks as required.

¨ Warehouse Metrics: Safety, Costs, Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Counting, Warehouse Labor Costs, On-Time Shipment, and Shipping Damage
¨ Adherence to project commitments
¨ Achievement of defined project returns, working capital costs, and service improvements
Education & Work Experience:
¨ University degree or above
¨ At least ten years related working experience in manufacturing site, not limited to industry
¨ Three years Managerial positions (coverage on planning, warehouse and transportation).
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
¨ Good command of English. Fluent oral English
¨ Excellent communication skills
¨ Leadership skills
¨ Service orientation
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
¨ Work in office and plant workshop also.
