Customer Service Supervisor– Order Fulfillment 美国五百强行业垄断公司新设部门,直接汇报给AP CEO,可组建团队,大量海外培训机会。地点:苏州.要求:英语流利,能直接和老外沟通 Main responsibilities
(This supervisor position, only focus on internal order operation center and team management (supply chain function) not for external position to customers directly, such as Merchandising /Sourcing/sale/ BD direction.
s Supervise and support for dairy order operation smoothly,
s Monitor daily orders into ERP
s Coordinate for trouble orders, try to avoid potential orders risk before delivery
s Monitor daily material schedule and ETD with Prod., to meet the dept target for delivery on-time
s Cross-depts. communicate with PMC,PD,QC,sales together, for fast problem shooting
s Confirm corrective operation for team staff, during making full set of orders documents
s Work tightly with sales, pushing for Payment on-time.
s Assist and handle for after-sale service issue, such as spare parts, customers complaint and claim etc.
s Regular KPI review for team staff management
Personal Qualities:
s At least 5 years working experience for exporting business in manufacturing company;
s Have ERP system skill,
s Easy-to-going character, good communication skills
s Can work independently under high stress ,even for such stable position
s Good written and spoken English
s Good coach skill, data analysis, good
