职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Import / Export shipment delivery handling, including sea, air, courier, etc;
2.Coordinate shipments with our overseas office and forwarders;
3.Creating and controlling preliminary documentation: Customs clearance document, Invoice, packing list, Bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc. in advance;
4.Monitor and coordinate shipment progress and transport, to make sure on time and safe delivery;
5.Negotiating with shipping company/agent to attain preferential terms;
6.Assist to collect, update on all kinds of transport cost elements;
7.Other assignments from superior.

Job Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years prior logistics experience a MUST;
2.Fluency of English a MUST;
3.Experience communicating with transport companies and forwarders;
4.Familiar with L/C, Logistic e-booking system, Tradelink declaration and handling full sets of import /export documents;
5.Initiative, hard-working and able to work under pressure;
6.Obtained customs declarer certificate & Inspection declarer certificate is preferable. 举报 分享
