职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate NPI team
Responsible for the new products launch
Manufacturing budget planning and spending control
Manage the NPI progress to ensure product launched in the manufacturing site quickly, smoothly and properly
Define and lead to achieve yearly targets
Coordinate process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for a product launch
Participate to evaluate new machine/processes capability/capacity/benefits/ threatens to make process
Handle design reviews, work together with Engineering team for product design and process design related issues
Involve in manufacturing cost analysis, production cost calculation (cycle time, efficiency, labor)
Communicate project status to all appropriate parties on a regular basis


Requirements:
B.S.
More than 8 years of working experience in manufacturing engineering
MNC experience
At least 5 years NPI experience or R&D Project experience
Knowledge of the order fulfill and manufacturing process across the value chains
Strong in people management and cross communication
Excellent communication and problem solving ability.
Experienced in Mechanical or furniture industry will be preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred
Fluent in English both listen and spoken 举报 分享
