KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage and streamline daily accounting operations in compliance with local accounting standards and the group policy
? Supervise accountant to ensure all tasks are completed on time
? Coordinate with outsourced services provider to complete month-end closing, preparation of management accounts and monthly tax filings
? Prepare GAAP reconciliations (US GAAP vs China GAAP)
? Review expense payments and journal entries
? Become Concur subject matter expert and answer teammates’ questions on Concur
? Maintain and review SAP vendor master file
? Handle all foreign currency remittance and conversion
? Perform account reconciliations in Blackline and provide variance explanations
? Roll out corporate credit card in GZ and manage the reconciliation process
? Provide supports to HR to answer queries related to expatriate tax filings
? Handle year-end audit and tax filings
? Assist in reviewing the current operation to align with group accounting procedures
? Support testing of enhancements within SAP as needed
? Provide support to management on special projects

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
? At least 8 years' accounting experiences
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
? Fluent in English and Chinese
? Proficiency in PC skills, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
? Gained experience in MNC & Sizable companies is highly preferable
? Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems is a plus
? Preferable with audit background
? China CPA is a plus
