职位描述：
工作内容：
? 根据公司的销售策略和全国销售培训方案制定区域培训计划；
? 组织和实施培训课程；
? 更新培训纪录；
? 通过与学员间的互动跟进培训绩效；
? 实施区域培训以增进销售团队的相关知识及其应用；
? 与其他培训师合作改善销售代表的培训技巧和质量。
 
主要要求：
? 本科或以上学历；
? 5年以上快速消费品行业销售经验，最少2年在销售管理岗位；
? 有至少1年内部专职培训师经验或课程设计经验优先考虑；
? 一定的人员管理经验；
? 良好的沟通和演讲技巧；
