职位描述：
Objectives:
- Ensure that necessary processes to the quality management system are defined, implemented, and are maintained.
- Responsible to arrange training to staff and ensure that Quality rules are followed and applied by the whole staff of the company
- Ensure timely to get the qualification of accreditation body & second parties and renewal registration certificate or letter.
- Inform the GM regarding the quality management system and any needs for improvement.
- Determine the quality system in order to reach the goals of the BV E&E South China regarding the quality of its services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- To establish, implement, monitor and improvement of quality control system of BV E&E South China entities in compliance with ISO/IEC17025.
- In charge to organize external audit by accreditation body & second parties.
- Carry out quality audits and ensure that corrective actions are applied.
- Coordinate the activity of the quality division.
- Control and review in time quality documents
- Organize and participate in working group regarding quality improvements.
- To review and sign the new or renewal registration application document of testing sites (as FCC,IC,VCCI, safety CBTL…etc.).
- To review calibration reports (as antenna loss, cable loss, filter loss, attenuator loss & splitter/combiner loss) for testing service department.
- Responsible to select and approved suppliers and subcontractors used by testing team according to the requirements of the QMS
- Management Review :
* Responsible for ensuring all Management Review data is consolidated and distributed prior to the actual meeting.
* Ensure all participants in Management Review meeting have reviewed the consolidated information prior to the actual meeting.
* Ensure the Management Review meeting is conducted as per the schedule.
* Ensure all required topics are discussed during the Management Review meeting.
- Assist the GM to define the targets to reach in term of quality.
- Have authority to stop any activity for which some non-conformity was found implicating the quality of concerned services.
- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
- Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics

- Individual and Team work ethic.
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
Education & Experience:
- College degree or above.
- Good knowledge of Quality systems.
