工作內容：
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
Review MFG build plan to develop production capacity to meet customer demand.
Human budget control and cost management.
Work and coordinate with cross function teams to resolve issues.
Work with NPI team ( PM/PE) to secure NPI projects
Implement and monitor TPS schedule
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
Determine and implement improvements to the production process
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree plus 6 + years working experience.
2. Familiar with lean management.
3. Familiar with IE and TPS management.
4. Familiar with PCA / system integration process.
3. Willing to work hard with dedication and be able to work under pressure.
4. Candidate must be willing to dig into the numbers, take leadership on cross-functional teams and ownership of processes.
6. Experience in SAP/MES systems.
