职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of operations departments
- Define and follow the KPI for operations (TAT, Complaints, Accuracy,etc..)
- Guarantee the excellence of the services delivered by operations departments
- Coordinate within operations departments to set up and/or simplify the process in order to have smooth operations
- Responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills
- Responsible for maximizing the use of current resources, manpower and testing capacity
- Review and improve the operation performance
- Motivate and reward operations departments’ members by performance-based pay system
- Responsibility for following and guaranteeing the consistency of the operations between the different locations
- Responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for technical employees
- Responsible to prepare the annual budget and forecasts and make sure they meet the targets
- Control the expenses to be at least on line with the budget
- Approve the applications of purchase, travels, leaves and overtimes in line with company policy
- Prepare the business plan for development in liaison with company management
- Responsible for application of training plan of company
- Responsible for application of testing purchase plan of company
- Responsible for manpower plan of operations
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams to visit clients
- Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of the company
- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
- Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics

Education & Experience:
- College Degree or above
- 10 year of working experience in same field.
