职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the total production technical supporting and guidance.
2. Innovate and optimize the technological process and continually improve the product quality so to reduce scrap rate and reduce the production cost.
3. Control and manage the production budget, munfacutring cost. Manage and improve the production efficiency.
4. Improve and upgrade the manufacturing methods. Balance the production capacity.
5. Control and manage the delivery performance
6. Complete the other jobs assigned.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or plastic engineering
2. Analytical and logic thinking, Strong background to handle and solve problem capability in multiple culture environment
3. Minimum 10 years working experience in multinational injection molding company, in which 5 years is at managerial position
4. Rich injection molding knowledge & Experience, familiar with injection molding technology and trouble shooting;
5. Fluent English (reading & writing), can communicate in English for daily loading
6. Know JIT, ISO, and FMEA etc methodologies 举报 分享
