职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Drive the selection team to evaluate and qualify new suppliers on quality system, development capability, capacity, code of conduct and logistics
2、Perform benchmarking, estimation, cost analysis in awareness of market trend to preserve the right decision making
3、Work closely with US Product Development , Engineering /QA/ Supply Chain in SZ and China OEM manufacturers to review and update related product costs coping with materials , manufacturing technology and engineering changes
4、Prepare Purchasing Agreement, maintain product price in system, in cooperation with Engineering, QA & Supply Chain
5、Drive regular cost reduction program
6、Negotiate and coordinate the suppliers in purchasing of spare parts
 
Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering /Mechanical
2、With minimum 3 years solid sourcing or costing experience in manufacturing in terms of stamping ,welding , blow molding , metal bending , wood and injection
3、Microsoft Office
4、Proactive, independently. Highly energy/integrity, patient, team work spirit
5、Good communication skill , strong numeric sense and analytical skill with detail minded
