QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

The Suzhou Branch Office of DLATS Shenzhen (DeLonghi Group), superintends to the Quality Assurance Services towards suppliers located in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, including Shanghai Shi area. It is a technical liaison department, whose mission is to guarantee the achievement of the expected quality level of the manufactured products under DeLonghi, Kenwood and Ariete brands.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer whose requested characteristics shall be as follows:

1. degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with supplier quality management experience;

2. good experience in quality systems, process audits and part qualification;

3. understanding of industrial practices such as SPC/APQP/FMEA and the like;

4. able to lead/facilitate process improvements and suppliers' development;

5. good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people, including suppliers and customers;

6. able to work independently and travel frequently within China;

7. bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and English, to liaise with China and Europe offices;

8. resident in Suzhou or in Ningbo areas, or willing to relocate there at his own cost (Company cannot provide accommodation);

9. being a local native is a plus;

10. smart and open minded;

11. both male or female candidacies are accepted with no discrimination of any kind.

Position and Tasks to be attended:

12. factory audits and reporting;

13. act as a primary liaison between Quality Dept. and Suppliers;

14. resolve quality issues in a timely manner as well as to meet corporate goals;

15. strive to achieve zero defect via preventive quality initiatives;

16. monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance to drive continuous improvement;

17. any other activity as related to the quality assurance process implementation;
