职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
？ Manage the company’s supply of commodities, components and group services.
？ Devising strategies to find cost-effective and high quality suppliers
？ Approve the relevant corporate price framework agreements for necessary commodities, components and service, examine and study existing contracts
？ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
？ Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
？ Foresee unfavorable issues through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
？ Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
？ Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
？ Establish lean and efficient supply chain schemes within the company
？ Create and evaluate alternative sourcing and supply methods to achieve most competitive cost for the company


Main requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree, Major in engineering is preferred
？ At least 8 years experience in sourcing, supplier development and supplier management at corporate level.
？ Familiar with Supply Chain Management, includes Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering, Production of manufacturing company with MNC exposure is preferred.
？ Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data, aptitude in decision-making and working with figures
？ Strong leadership capabilities, strong on negotiation and supplier networks
？ Fluent English communication
？ Strong experience with SAP or other ERP system environment 举报 分享
