【职责说明】
The Investigator will conduct all forms of Business Conduct Incident Report (BCIR) investigations. He/she will conduct investigations for a wide-range of customers including the Legal Department, Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs). The Director of Global Investigations (Honeywell Global Security) will oversee and supervise investigations, case reports and results, as well as provide guidance of Honeywell internal policies, standards and related procedures. This Investigator will prepares clear, concise written investigative reports free of grammatical errors and are supported by investigative findings.
Conducts investigations into complex white collar crime, financial fraud and other financially related investigations. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results, and makes recommendations and changes to corporate/departmental policies and procedures. This Investigator will plan, organize and conduct increasingly complex investigations including but not limited to; alleged or suspected violations of laws and regulations concerning criminal and general investigations, and Honeywell Code of Conduct violations. He/she will develop investigative strategy, interviews witnesses, subjects and other individuals during the course of an investigation. Able to gather, process and maintain evidence during the course of an investigation that will be used in a criminal and/or civil procedure. Maintain a close relationship with Honeywell Law Department and Human Resources.
【任职要求】
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline such as Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or similar field.
He/she will have a minimum of five years’ work experience in Corporate Security, Law Enforcement or Intelligence Agency.
