JOB TITLE: SAP Learning Hub Customer Care Specialist GCN

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role be responsible for the Learning Hub (LH) User Adoption and Customer care, driving the renewal pipeline programs and working with the GCN education sales teams to close LH renewal and upsell business across all channels (Direct and Indirect). The adoption of LH by our key customers and partners is critical to our sustainability, so this role is critical to our Cloud business strategy.
Expectations and Tasks
· Learning Room Interactive and Maintain: Periodically localize and update eye-catching content. Interactive with customers through online blogs, interesting topics and incentive programs. Find resources and give timely feedback to customers’ questions. Improve SAP Learning Room registration rate through above actions.
· Customer Care: Keep continuous and good communications with LH customers. Call customers periodically to understand their product usage. Introduce LH promotion programs and new updates to customers. Instruct and help customers find the right way to solve application problems like deliver issue ticket to SAP KET team to get professional support.
· Drive LH renewal and upsell business: Deliver outbound calls to LH due to expire customers, find LH renewal ops and respond potential business requirements GCN education sales team to give follow up and close.
· Show passion on the job: act as a role model for the team, show authentic behaviour, pride and enthusiasm in the own job, demonstrate best practices and encourage team members to share own experiences, celebrate success, promote SAP as a great place to work.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The preferred qualifications for this role are as follows:
· 2+ years of working experience as marketing or sales.
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong Responsibility and Patience.
· Excellent communications skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and the desire to exceed expectations
