职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Perform strategic sourcing activities to improve existing spend, capability, and search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers and product;
- Conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers and manage the overall supplier qualification process with cross functional team;
- Negotiate costs with prospective manufacturers to meet target price set by management. BOM cost analysis and comparison;
- Contract and relevant documents management;
- Monitor supplier performance to drive improvement activities;
- Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.



Requirements:
- 5-10 years sourcing experience, deep knowledge in LED lighting industry experience is a must, NA market is highly preferred;
- Bachelor or above of major in engineering background or related.
- Knowledge of raw material (metal and plastic), mechanical, and electrical parts and components, etc.
- Experience on working with cross functional team in a multinational company, good team work experience;
- Project management skill is a must;
- Working skill of MS office suite- Excel, Word, and Power point;
