Dow Talent Day

Dow Talent Day is a one-day event that offers you the opportunity to know more about Dow. You would be invited to our Asia Pacific headquarter in Shanghai where you would have a glimpse of the day-to-day working life of Dow employees. Dow has always been committed to young talents investment and developments. That is why we also offer workshop on Talent Day to help you improve your skills and competitiveness for your future job. In this one-day event, you will also have an opportunity to have fun and win a “Diamond Pass” through a series of innovative activities.
What you can do with the “Diamond Pass”
- You can have a one-to-one career consultation opportunity with our HR leader, or
- You can use your diamond pass to accelerate your summer intern application to the face-to-face interview stage.

Who to apply：
We encourage students from all majors to join the event. No matter you are in your penultimate year or early years at university, as long as you are interested in Dow, we would welcome you to join us.
