? Growing business in term of Purchasing amount and Project quantity
? New sourcing organization more supplier oriented with more autonomy given to SEB Asia
? Running system refreshed in term of global directive, development and quality procedure, IT tools (PLM, SAP), KPI (lead time, price, cost, etc)
? Evolution on Chinese factory way of working with more differentiated styles and more profit oriented instead of turnover oriented.
? Participation of Quality team in project qualification at RP1 stage
? Ensure manufacturing process through QNE validation, CPK analysis
? Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering
? With at least 5 years of experience
? Strong management skills
? Excellent communication across usual cultural barriers
? Fluent in English – ChineseEnsure manufacturing process through QNE validation, CPK analysis
