EUROREPAR range RFQ support :
- The EUROREPAR technical engineer will adapt, with the assistance of the business developer and the central technical department, the technical Product specifications. He will have to take in account the marketing specifications in term of quality and price and the local regulations requirements that will enable the range to be commercialized in the ASEAN countries.
- He/she will setup in accordance with the business developer and the central technical department the minimum technical requirements for each range.
- He/she will be the main supplier contact regarding technical specifications and requirements. He will have to make sure that the supplier has the best understanding possible of client expectations and that the required technical files are filled with the correct figures.
- He/she will select the panel of parts of which technical information will be requested to the supplier.
Supplier technical quality analysis
- The EUROREPAR technical engineer will have to validate the different product lines using Independent Aftermarket level of validation. Based on supplier’s answers to the RFQ, he will evaluate the quality of each supplier in term of:
o Product security issues: The supplier knows the security issues specific to its product and make sure to minimize the risks for the final users.
o Regulation and patent knowledge: The supplier is aware of the different regulations are patents deposal for its products and respects the associated laws.
o Level of product knowledge: The supplier product development process must respect high standards of quality and ensure the adaptation of the spare part to the targeted cars.
o Analysis of the technical feedback: Based on the comparison of the technical answers, he will have to select a shortlist of suppliers that matches client requirements.
- He/she will participate to the supplier choice with the business developer, the quality department and the purchasing department. He will make sure of the EUROREPAR supplier technical excellence and its ability to support client with technical information and backup.
Marketing/Cataloging assistance:
- The EUROREPAR technical engineer will help the business developer to evaluate the cataloguing quality of each supplier before the selection.
- He/she will assist the business developer in the product cataloging. He will challenge the suppliers in order to get data that will confirm or not the spare part affectation or cross.
- He/she will assist the business developer into the redaction of marketing tools and will turn product knowledge into customer added value.
Technical quality follow-up:
- The EUROREPAR technical engineer will consolidate the supplier validation with the central technical department.
- He/she will follow with supplier the technical product evolution during the lifespan of the product. He will have to keep track of the product evolution.
- He/she will be the main technical interlocutor of the suppliers for the EUROREPAR products

? Knowledge in vehicle fluids ( oil, cooling liquids, braking liquids, AC liquids and other liquid status
? Knowledge in product validation for fluids
? Knowledge in the field of security for fluids
? English fluent (spoken, written) – Chinese fluent (spoken, written)
? Rigor, Able to work in autonomy
? Technical knowledge in one of the following fields: Filtration, Braking systems, timing, Ignition, PFP, S&S
? Independent aftermarket supplier knowledge
? Interpersonnal skills
? Good knowledge of OFFICE and EXCEL
