? Establishes and maintains relationships with business partner and customer by delivering good support, closely communication with customer on daily base.
? Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Provides highly innovative solutions.
? Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities, work closed with WW/APJ region accounting design team for the process standardization.
? Identifies accounting issues and proposes solutions to manager.
? Support Korea controllership team on the BSR analysis. Monthly Operational review with Country/region controllership.
? MEC activities support
Education and Experience Required:
? First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
? Typically 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
? May have experience in more than one finance function.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Excellent speaking and writing in English and Korean.
? Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
? Good analytical skills.
? Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
? Good communication skills.
? Good teamwork skills.
