Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage the Finance and Planning function for TaylorMade-adidas Golf in the Greater China market (China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan).
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
Manage and drive all aspects of the annual Budget process for the region
Develop Monthly forecasts with GM/Sales/Supply Chain
Deliver all HQ reporting requirements including leading month-end closing procedures
Work with local accounting team to ensure proper accruals & recording of results
Provide management reporting to Local Markets
P&L analysis for actual/forecast
Other Working Capital (OWC) review
Performance Tracking
Work with Country Sales team for credit limit issues / new customer account creation
Ensure compliance to group Finance manual and reporting requirements
Support critical business analysis to support optimal business decision-making
Act as a liaison with Regional team in Korea by sharing business performance
Planning
Manage the Sales Forecasting process with assigned Countries for hard goods, balls, accessories, apparel and footwear
Manage the cross functional Planning process to ensure all parties are in agreement of sales plans (Senior Management, Supply Chain & Marketing)
Building and maintaining close working relationships with the Sales teams in each assigned country so as to understand their markets
Help drive action from sales, marketing and product marketing to challenge the gaps between financial plans, buy plans, sales planning, etc.
Providing sales and ad-hoc reporting to the assigned countries as well as other regional functions

Key Relationships:
Regional Finance, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain team
Greater China Team: Sales, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, shared services adidas China (Finance).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Strong Excel, PPT skill
Strong Communication skills
Independent, creative and also an effective team player
Competent at executing plans with high quality
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
5 years overall work experience in Finance/Accounting
Work experience in China preferred (min 2 years)
Team player that can also lead. Not afraid to try new things and must be able to work independently.
Consumer Goods experience preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Bachelor’s degree or above. Additional 5 years works experience in lieu of degree
