Main Job purpose：
Support Director daily work.

JOB SUMMARY
- Provide administrative support to Director and to the team on daily routine work;
- Schedules meeting and traveling arrangement, and team schedule properly;
- Welcomes VIP visitors;
- Prepare reports/data, presentations and correspondences;
- Puts invoices in system and prepare basic finance reports;
- Interact with regional peers and share regular reports;
- Other assigned tasks.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Junior college degree or above;
- More than 1 year’s secretary experience in multi-national company;
- Well in English, good communication skills, good in MS OFFICE;
- Intelligent, loyal, helpful, solution oriented, and has mature personalities;
- Initiative, self-motivated and detail oriented. 举报 分享
