职位描述：
1. Role Description:
The Site Material Leader is the manufacturing operations SPOC for the PSC for material supply chain capability & operational requirements and improvements for both base business & new materials.

2. Key Areas of responsibility:
- Material Supply Chain Defect Reporting / Resolution Support
At the plant own / use the Category defined process (spreadsheet/local system) to report defects to the PSC
- Site SPOC for MSM/SNO/PSC and the Business Technical Material’s Organization
- Site SPOC with supplier on daily issue resolution and site requirement communication

3. Primary executable:
Material defect tracking and resolution support
- Daily track efficiency loss due to materials by material / supplier, and lead QA/MPD/WH to investigate and solve quality issue with supplier
- Coordinate supplier to do rework in Site/DC due to material quality issue
- Report big/repeated quality issue to MSM/PSC and get resource for resolution
- Support material quality assurance of KE8 requirement
Material exceptional management
- Coordinate off quality material return to supplier and compensation
- Site SPOC of Non-NI related material scrapping (off-quality, cost saving, discontinued, sourcing change)
- Consolidate supplier’s resolution and exceptional cases, and report to MSM
- CSA related site execution (GR/IR imbalance, block invoice, park credit)
New material/supplier qualification support
- Collect site information (technical standard, quality requirement, shipping instruction and receiving process) for and integrate in SLEA
- On-going material conversion (Sourcing change, new GCAS code) management in site
- Coordinate related site function (QA/MPD/WH) on supplier training and visit
- Coordinate supplier with site loss elimination project

4. Key customers:
- Site Operation. The Operation will benefit from supply chain defects reduction as a result of the improved supplier capability led by MSM and Purchasing, based on tracking that is done at the site level.
- Supply Network Organization (SNO).
- Purchasing.

5. Key results/measurements:
In this role, the results ownership is focused on the health of the Material Supply Chain at the plant and ensuring, that the plant needs are aligned and reflected in SLEAs.
- Material Supply Chain defects documented and resolved.
- Plant material supply chain needs and constraints communicated to MSM, captured in SLEAs and supplier scorecards as needed
- Owns the integration of plant needs into supply chain projects (materials, suppliers, inbound supply chain)

6. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Success
Required skills / capabilities:
- Strong understanding of the materials delivery, receiving & prep processes
- General understanding of the logistical requirements and MSM/SNO Key Performance Measures
- Supplier Portal (eCOA), RCTIS
- Strong communication & leadership skills (includes English language skills) to maintain & develop the essential key relationships with P&G partners and external suppliers
- Experience in QA / MPD materials work processes and capability
