职位描述：
岗位描述/职责
1. 保障生产设备及设施的正常运转，不断降低设备故障率。包括但不限于：
    制定及实施有效的点检活动
    保证设备处于良好的润滑状态
    根据设备运转情况制定合理的备件库存
2. 积极做好生产设备的点检工作，及时查找设备的潜故障，并给出合理的解决方案；
3. 设备发生故障后，要立即进行解决。故障解决后要分析故障根本原因并给出预防措施；
4. 对操作人员进行必要的培训；
5. 配合机床厂商完成新设备的安装和调试；
6. 积极开展5S活动；
7. 完成上级交办的其他工作；
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Ensure all the production equipments and facilities to run at a good condition. Continuously decrease the failure ratio. Including but more than ：
Plan and execute the efficiency check activities
Ensure all the equipments with good lubricate status
Plan the proper stocks of all the spare parts according to the equipment status
2. Find the potential failure during the check activity and make solutions；
3. Act immediately when machines are in failure. Analyze the correct causes of the failure and make
the relative preventive solutions;
4. Train the operators;
5. Install new equipment;
6. Perform the 5S activities;
7. Perform the other job as assigned

任职资格/要求
1. 机电、电气或相关专业大专或以上毕业；
2. 四年以上数控机床(CNC)的维修及维护经验；
熟悉西门子840D 及 840D SL 数控系统和PLC，并熟练排除电气故障
熟悉加工中心的进给系统及主轴传动机构
熟悉加工中心的液压及气动回路
3. 能够读懂英文设备资料;
4. 具备机械和电气的维修经验；
5. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
6. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
7. 善于总结，表达能力强；
8. 根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训；
9. 能满足现场维修的要求
Job Requirement/Expectation (Education/ knowledge, ability):
1. Associate graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Facility or related majors;
2. 4 years work experience in CNC machines;
Familiar with SIEMENS 840D / 840D SL system and skilled with electrical defects
Familiar with CNC feed and movement structure
Familiar with CNS hydraulic and air system
3. Can read the English documents;
4. Experience in electrical & mechanical and technical processes;
5. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments;
6. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense;
7. Good summarizing for work and expression;
8. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice;

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
